Blend one brown egg with one white egg...

When I was a kid my mother used to make me milk with coffee in a bowl with the white of a raw egg whipped and floating on top. You got a blend of the coffee and warm milk which was so creamlike going down and you scooped up the white at the bottom of the bowlwith a spoon or slice of bread.
