is just about a stones throw from the damn! If it weren't for the fact that its up hill, you could walk it. I would peg it to be about 1 mile from the damn (on the Nevada side, of course). Unless they are going to issue tents, I suspect that the Hacienda is the nearest lodging. This could be a good thing.

My wife just crossed the damn to get here (Tucson) and she said that the crack troops were stopping every vehicle and looking inside (through the windows). Trucks and RVs are still prohibited and routed through Laughlin.
