I got a white one from a friend that is Miami Policeman. He said they used it in LV style gaming nights to raise funds for whatever the police raise funds for. Pre 1985.

BAG is from a weekly home poker game in Holandale, FL. My cop friend used to play in the game. He told me what the initials stood for but I lost my notes before I got home. Have not seen him since he gave me the chips in 1996.
