... by setting up educational exhibits at the World's largest numismatic show (Florida United Numistmatists) each year where I introduce our hobby to numistmatists from the world over.

A few years ago I brought Dale Seymour's book "Antique Gambling Chips" to life by exhibiting every type of casino chip/poker chip/jeton/plaque and token known in our hobby. Also, Mel Jung and Dale attempted to hold a seminar at the ANA in your town (Colorado Springs), but there was very little help offered from our community to assist in this week-long program, and very little interest outside of our community for the program to get off the road. I donated over $2,000 in casino chips as an incentive to stimulate attendance, and our club donated $1000. There was very little interest.

Our club has some 2500+ members living in virtually every state.... and there are hundreds of numismatic shows held across our country each year. It would be nice to see more educational exhibits set up by our membership in the future.
