Coin inlays appear to have either shiny, smooth surfaces or concentric circles, or what James is calling "Spun Centers." Whether the coins are smooth or have concentric circles, is only determined by the lenght of time that the coins are in the spin polisher. The coin inlays that have been polished for a longer period of time, are smooth.
