It does look like it is getting pretty close. I am near the lake and the temp yesterday was 39. I heard there was some snow in the air a little ways away from the lake. Oakbrook, I think. Last night after bowling in Deerfield my windshield was starting to freeze. Now it is pretty dark for 1:30 in the afternoon. I am hoping and praying it starts coming down soon.

My snowblower has been started, I have all the snowplow frequencies in my scanner and I am off to Sam's Club to get some Salt. I am ready. So, Let it Snow, Let it snow, Let it snow.... Of course, let me get my Christmas Shopping done first.
