James I understand that you were talking about his auctions. I was responding to Don's statement.
These are all auctions. The prices may seem fair to you, but remember the seller may be expecting bidding to drive these prices up.
What some sellers seem to forget is that if they alienate large numbers of bidders, even if they make the sale they get a lower cost.
Not talking about slabbing now: Take for example Dean Clark. I often see Dean's auction end with a bidder at low prices. Dean may feel his auction was sucessful because he sold a chip,but I can tell that my not bidding has cost him hundreds of $'s because he has auctioned many chips that I would have bid on and even if I did not win, I would have driven up the final sale price.
