Thanks, Steve!!! Glad you're enjoying the posts!! After a little trial & error I came up with this way of getting a consistent picture from the same straight-ahead almost ground level angle which can gives the ellipse illusion you pointed out!! The card stock paper with the hole in it is to fit the camera lens on my cellphone and reduce the reflection on some of the mirrored silver, gold, dark colored high gloss glasses.
