I just placed scans of all the Peppermill, Reno slot cards. There are 5 different levels. These cards are impossible to get unless you get really lucky.

Also, Harveys has changed their slot cards. They are now similar to Harrahs and Rio. I believe they can also be used in any Harrahs property. Sorry, I don't have any yet.
