Harley-Davidson no longer allows the "empty" Bar & Shield on their chips. The B&S must now have "Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles" spelled out inside.

The "empty" B&S insert is being removed from all of the signature mold chips, replaced with a smooth insert. Right now, you can find both molds while they are clearing out the old one. However, once the mold with the B&S is gone, you won't find it again.

In the ChipGuide, we have used "Harley - Sig" for the mold with the B&S. We are using "Harley - SigN" for the new mold. The N signifies no B&S.

The print on the chips is also changing. The "empty" B&S (on the left) is being replaced with the "full" B&S (on the right).
