Hi Roy that’s a great picture I have the entire magazine in my collection if you notice the craps table the dealers are hard each end were normally customers would throw the dice that layout is called bank craps you have to pay a vig for your place bets as well… The odds are well in the casinos favor with this type of game… also the man up in the big chair above the tables in France in Monte Carlo they would call him the chef of the party… You will see that as well in the Baccarat games
