On December 7, 1787 - Delaware became the "First" State to ratify the Constitution of the United States. This is why Delaware is often referred to as the First" State.
Ironically, Joe Biden - the "First" Delawarean ever elected President of the United States is trying to destroy the United States and our Constitution !!
