I'm glad I didn't loose the cable service when Excite went bankrupt. Comcast made a deal that left us continue uninterupted whereas ITT customers I understand lost service for a time. I keep the minimal couple hour service with AOL for backup, but everytime I access it now I can't stand the slow response and dial up.
