I'm an honest upright citizen I wouldn't pull a scam. He wouldn't have anything in an honest response to my negative feedback that could leave that would be detrimental. I paid fast, tried to get responses from him. He should not have sent the chip if it wasn't the right one and informed me of the mistake. By sending a chip that has a close resemblance I think he tried to pull a fast one!
