Not trying to sell the attribution, but some intriguing coincidences.

1) H&D Folsom Arms Company of New York City (H&D FA Co. of New York City)
2) New York Club was the name of the gun model
3) The dates are right

That is some what beyond a coincidence if you ask me. And the date is right on. It says they were a distributor. Perhaps a distributor of lots of things. That “New York Club” reference is just too much. Maybe the poker chips were a bonus to fire arms customers.
