I thought I was the only one who notices the little details Actually, I have three close variations of that acorn design. All have different shading lines. I picked an old chip design that ,as far as I know, there are no variants. You can see the real chip and an illustration from an old catalog. Notice the different shapes in the center of the creel. Besides, the image being flopped in the catalog. Basically, don't pay too much attention to an old sales illustration compared to the actual chip. If they are EXACTLY the same it's just by accident.
