Are you suggesting that a non CCA member can not file a claim to at least be reviewed..?

What if a non CCA member buys a chip from a CCA member and has an issue that could not he resolved -- would the CCA not be interested to review such a claim ?

I remember Travis L, stating he will review any claim when he was claims director... or is that just left up to the director to decide..?
