However, if a Board member is being filed against, he will not participate in the review and concurrence process. AND, if the Claim is against the Vice-President, then you get to fulfill that portion of the Vice-President's responsibility. If the Claim is deemed actionable, it then gets assigned to the CAA's Claims Director, Mike Quinlivan.
