Where did you get your information? When I sorted the HCE dies all numbers in the series were accounted for, The die numbers ran from 2 thru 286. Many of the dies were center hole chip values dies (not listed in the HCE record book) that allowed the same die to stamp all the different values ordered. If they held any out then these tags would have been produced after the sale to Marion & Co and I doubt that.
