Thanks for the phone numbers, very helpful. Another hint might be to copy the face of the cards (you can put about 10 on a sheet of paper). Very helpful if you don't remember which ones you had when the loss took place. This really helped me when mine were stolen about 15 years ago. I wrote the 800 stolen card number by each card and loss was minimal. And, most of all, DON'T ALWAYS CARRY ALL YOUR CARDS!
