On the last house I sold I bought a minimum contract from them as soon as I took ownership which covered service and parts only on two central AC units and two hot water heaters along with all major appliances for $375, and before I sold the house in 90-days they replaced parts on one AC unit and I kept the contract for the new owner for the rest of the year and that owner sold the house before the contract expired and everybody was happy; especially the owner who bought from me when he sold it for $220,000 more than what he paid me for it... but he put about $40-grand into it, though he was in the trades...
