As I had no interest in mine I assume that I over valued it but you have somebody interested here and maybe Jo's valuation is closer to what it is actually worth now so it may be worthwhile dealing with the interested party here. I'm sure you can agree a fair price between you. I'd be surprised if you got a better price on ebay (for example) but may well be incorrect on that score.
