When the Plaza was built, that was the swimming pool. Later it was the Center Stage Restaurant (and the pool deck was relocated to the 7th floor, between the two hotel towers). Then, for awhile, the sportsbook was located there, I think. Last I knew, Oscar's Steakhouse was in that location...not sure if it still is. I'm sure it had at least 1-2 other names along the way, too.
