Id be happy to share the information i have learned about webpages) as limited as it is) Ive been getting some help from Pete who hasw been invaluable. I can give you the starting stuff. Step 1: write the text body for the homepage. Step 2: figure out the outline (what pages you want)
Step 3: Update your lists
Step 4: Decide what you want your page to look like (backround color, font size, scans, pictures etc., its good to surf around the net and see what you like and dont like. Visit other chip sites and see what you like and dont.
Step 5: think about the name for your site the whole time. This may be important if you want a theme to the site. For instance: "The Chip Cafe" you might want to have the site look like a coffe shop. Or "The Chip Cave" you could have animated .Gifs of torches on the walls, stone looking backround and have the colors as if it was a cave. These are ideas i was bouncing around. Of course you may just want to keep it sweet and simple with nothing fancy to start.

That will get you ready to start writing the code. I'd be happy to pass on the amount that i have on that. At least it will get you started.
