Steve, do you know of any gambling supply catalog or advertisement that shows a plain die-cut or reverse die-cut inlay chip as crest and seal (or seal and crest, etc)?

And if we don't know of one or many, why include them in the Crest and Seal category when we know of many catalogs calling only the litho inlay ones as crest and seal?
