Rich, Great stuff I love it.I think I told you the story about the Clam Broth House sign. About 20 years ago after the place closed I tried to buy the sign, I offered them 10K. They refused. My friend in California that owns the Vintage Press restaurant in Visalia, CA. wanted it for a new restaurant he was building.Last I heard the sign was still there.
