Hello Don, Ross, and Pete,

When I tried to add/remove IE, I was given three choices, but none for removing the program. Along with the "Sorry......." message is also "This page does not have a rating", and digging deeper is the message "password caching has been disabled". I thought about formatting the hard drive, but I don't have the programs for the hardware.

Ross, if you sent the information via e-mail, I didn't get it.
