For personal use, I have no issue with cored out, drilled out, label-removed, over-labeled chips, using labels from a vendor (or personally made).
I applaud this auction for stating exactly what these chips are. BUT, that font and artwork and inlay are currently in use and under copyright. This person hopes to make money selling these chips, but did not pay one penny to Flamingo, the artist who made the original artwork, the parent corporation, or anybody. That's the kind of thing companies notice, and nobody in this hobby wants that.
It's a problem when Flamingo notices that somebody is using their artwork, their fonts, their designs, printing it out, putting it on a chip, and selling that chip on ebay. And there's always that Karen or Kyle out there to tell Flamingo all about it.
