Well that kind of depends. If the machine is set up on NT and your user does not have administrator priviledge you cannot add/remove programs and Don may be stuck.

If you get to keep this machine, spend the $100 and buy XP, reformat the system and start over (make sure you have or have access to the other programs being used such as your mail program and internet connection software as needed) BEFORE you reformat your machine.
