~~~ found this but, very little of what he had for sale wasn't anything other than run-of-the-mill chips which were not all that uncommon and, other than one or two other collectors zooming in on it and commenting here how unusual it is; I have not read anything referring to this plaque or its style by anyone who has been searching for Haussmann MOP in all the years I have been doing France...


There is a higher denomination Haussmann MOP known that surfaced about 20 years ago, though it is in very poor, damaged condition with huge edge damage. It may have been a P&P lot. If will fit well in ChipGuide if anyone has any info...
