For most of my collection I use the standard 2.5x2.5in flip with the double row red boxes. That takes care of the lion's share of the chips. For my Horseshoe chips I use something rather interesting. It may only be available in the UK but its the WH Smith Coin Albums.

The cool thing about it is that each row slides out, you put the chip in the slot and slide the row back in. Of course you need to think in advance because moving the chips around are troublesome unless you have breaker rows. And you have to get them from the UK. I bet they would also hold airtites, will check when I get home.
