I picked up these chips at the convention and were told that they are on the ChipGuide with a somewhat questionable attribution from the Cerromar Beach casino in Puerto Rico. Anyway, they were cheap enough to be worth the risk. There are only two full sets available, $1-$5-$25, for $15 each, postage included (U.S.).
