~~~ have been able to repair damaged chips in order to keep them on the game though, I have no idea if that holds true with NJ back then but, reading eveything posted here pertaining to that chip and NJ gaming allowing painted on inserts due to the need of the chips as David quoted, I can easilly see how gaming could have allowed inlays to be reaffixed onto a damaged chip or chips.
All we can go by at this time is what went on between Paulson and gaming and the casino and nothing more
Nobody here has posted an account of what exactly happened since they were not directly involved.
The problem I see here is people posting who have not read all there is to read here pertaining to Paulson, the casino and NJ regs.
