If the chip were just dirty and worn, $75 would be a bargain. But a chip this has been disfigured is no bargain to me at any price. I will offer this chip to anyone who wants it for what I paid plus postage. Let's see how many offers I get. The problem with a scan is that you do not know how good the scan is. It could be blurry or shadows can hide defects. You can't always tell by the scan. I believe that it is required that the seller accurately discribe what is being sold. If there is damage, you have to specifically point it out. Pictures can be misleading.
