I wish I had known that I was going to be a chip collector back then? I'm pretty sure that some of the downtown locations, had gambling beyond the 70s. Maybe quieter, but still there must have been activity. I played in various wedding bands, on and off, through the 70s and 80s. We know the back doors to some of the finest halls in Milwaukee. 😉 Tyrolean Townhouse for one. But Bluemound Rd. had the hotels with the halls.

I keep asking, every little shop we go to, out in the country and Up North. Some day, someone will have some old "poker chips" with a name or letters on them. Usually I get the, "I think I saw something out back" which turns out to be some Walgreens Podo, cardboard, or other common plastic chips. Nothing of interest.

Prom? I was kind of boring... Karl Ratzsch just because it was extra special, downtown and heck, it was Prom? In case you missed it, they closed in 2017 after 113 years.
