I have McAfee for Windows XP on my Desktop & Norton 2002 on my laptop. Both are the latest versions & automatically update online. I have not had any problems with McAfee EVER & I have been using them for years. I HAVE had problems with Norton. It crashed my desktop when I first got it & after getting things back to normal with Dell's help I gave it a second chance. About three weeks later it did the same thing & it's now history. That was version 2000. If version 2002 does not cause any problems on my laptop I will keep it. Ross said that Norton is always ahead of McAfee with updates. I don't agree, sometimes maybe but not always. As a matter of fact a while back it took them a few DAYS after McAfee to release an update. If I had to choose just one it would be McAfee without a doubt! Andy - Las Vegas
