Definitely seems like Noll kept a Nevada office open after the Pasadena office closes. The last directory listing for the Pasadena Noll & Co. office is 1958.

In the Burt ledgers, the last Noll & Co. order for ZigZag inlaid chips is for the Nugget Casino in Sparks, Nevada, in 1963. I'm still trying to figure out exactly when the Donald Backer (California Game Supply) began to use it. Perhaps he used it the same time as Noll.
