Although I have not been to either of upper New York State's Indian Reservation casinos, my understanding is that slot machines are not legal anywhere in NY state, indian reservation casino or not. No games of chance are legal, only games of skill. So I believe that they have video poker machines, but no real slot machines. Am I right?
