Sooooo, I see that Steve P. has 21 bounty chips on his head. Makes sense. He's a good player and has a big following. I get it. And his bounty chips will be one of the last to go, I'm sure.
Meanwhile, I have 6 bounty chips on my head (my thanks to the 4 kind gents who contributed so far to the victor of my demise). I'm a nobody. Sure, I post now and then, but I still haven't met most of you in person. I'm not a great poker player, but I demand attention. So, to that end, I would like to have the greatest number of bounties on my head. Steve says they can come from anywhere. You don't have to attend the convention or play in the tournament. So, to encourage bounties on myself, if you're reading this, I will add chips to a pool at various intervals and then I'll draw a name from all of those who put one or more chips on my head. You can put as many bounty chips on my head as you like to get the # up, but only one entry per name for the drawing. The drawn winner gets the chips. The first 5 chips I'm offering up are live. The last one is an "*" value in TCR. Well worth sending in AT LEAST one bounty chip to get an entry, dontcha think?
If more than:
10 bounty chips on my head, start with the $1 Rio
15 bounty chips on my head, add the $1 New York, New York
20 bounty chips on my head, add the $1 Oyo
30 bounty chips on my head, add the $5 Circa
35 bounty chips on my head, add the $5 Resort World
50 bounty chips on my head, add the non-denominational Colony Club, Reno NV (E9163.wh, from 1949, only 300 made, TCR value code... priceless. Other colors have value code "O", so probably worth at least $150, right?).
If winner is present at the convention, you can pick them up from my table. If not, I'll ship them to you. Now, get those nice bounty chips sent to Steve pronto (remember, deadline is June 3rd) and don't forget to tell him to put it on my head so you get entered in the drawing. Not much time remaining, so hurry.
