If the item does not show delivered in the buyer’s mailbox on the tracker, then you are responsible. However, if the tracking number says “Delivered”, and the buyer says he never got it, then EBay will take the side of the seller. I have been involved in several situations on both sides of these, and it’s the tracking number that decides who is responsible.
