Sorry to hear another Chipper has passed away.
I remember Howard from the A C Club meetings and the Conventions in Vegas. He always wanted to help in any way he could and he was a very out going and fun guy. I remember he set up an Exhibit at the Convention one year and he asked me for some pointers on what to do.
He also helped me load and unload my van in the parking garage at South Point when it was 115+ degrees - his help was greatly appreciated.
My condolences to his family.
