FIRST. You can't possibly know that I don't already have permission to use the original photos that were submitted to the chipguide. Also, given the fact that it's a different file type, there's no EXIF data and the image is different than the one on the chipguide, I'd love to see your evidence that I've stolen the image.
You don't know where I obtained the original image and you also do not own the exclusive rights to the image submitted to the chipguide, and so.....no, I won't remove them.
You realize the irony of your argument, correct?
By submitting, users give you permission to USE the image, they're not giving you the right to edit the image and lay claim by copyright of the "new image" as your own.
If you'd like to have a discussion on copyright, I would absolutely welcome a lengthy conversation using actual facts rather than conjecture.
