Why is a simple question so hard to answer?

Just provide the answer and make it easy

With the answer Bill received makes it look like there is a big secret and nobody can find the answer

And people wonder why there is problems with the club.

Hard to get a direct answer
Blame everyone else

Maybe look in the mirror and the problem is staring at you
