I'm all for helping the club or MOGH but is it the 100% owner of the Chipguide? I was already mistaken in thinking the Chipboard was club owned.

Wasn't the Chipguide a gift to the club or MOGH from Greg Susong?

Can we get an official answer to this and Bills question?
