I will add that what the printer explained ~~~

~~~ in his post I was able to visualize what he was saying about the stock since from 1964 to 1972, I worked for a major printing house (we fabricated record album jackets; four color) and even though I was not directly involved in the printing process, I saw a lot of it every day and do not recall the brown stock though, do not doubt it existed, either.
