As I said in my diatribe written so many moons ago now, eliminating these session would be harmful to the club membership as this venue has been a hallmark of every convention I have attended and that's many. I can honestly say, it has been a place where you can meet and welcome new members, learn what they collect, and make fair trades with others who have become friends..
Also, ask the dealers...my trading did not keep me from spending lots of money at their tables if they had chips on my list or others that considered were at a bargain. Trading sessions are an interquel part of the convention. Thanks BOD for keeping this as event -- I am sure all members are grateful.
