The venture began 5 March and PayPal phoned me saying all went down well.

Two days later the seller tells me no funds received.

PayPal wipes the slate clean and tells me over the phone to pay again.

Spoke with 4 supervisors who all told me to not send any more funds and told me something I never heard from them; they being unsure what was going on.

I didn't want these to get away since they are not listed anywhere. PayPal was in the wrong

I spoke with the broker and told him exactly what was going on and that PayPal said do NOT send any more money and he cooperated 100% with what I suggested.

PayPal screwed up big time.

The two chips arrived today.
