... (because it's not mentioned in the membership application in the magazine) that 3rd class mailing of the magazine could take up to 3-4 weeks. This information is mentioned on another page (Advertising Rates schedule) and may be missed when one is either filling out the form or simply reviewing it while wondering where's their magazine.

My suggestion (since there is plenty of room on the application), is to insert the "Please allow 3-4 weeks for 3rd class mail" below the "First Class Mail" provision.
