I know I am supposed to be one of the "experts" on Tunica chips but I have a question. Are any of the Horseshoe NCV chips "promotional" (playable) other than this one from the Chipguide? I have several others and am just curious if they can be played or if they are only tournament chips. (BTW - expert - an Ex is a has been and a Spurt is a drip under pressure )
