It does resemble the Bahamas issues, but that oblong shape around the center reminds me of the $20 coin centers from AC. See $20 Harrahs Marina and $20 Harrahs Trump Plaza. I have seen plastic Bud Jones rings before. I would guess that it’s a sample like that, maybe for the AC casino.
